The Capitol Theatre Board of Directors acknowledges that the Capitol Theatre is located on the unceded traditional territory of the sn̓ʕay̓ckstx Sinixt (Arrow Lakes), and we acknowledge the enduring presence of the Yaqan Nukiy and the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit people here on this land that we all call home. We do this to re-affirm our commitment and responsibility to establish relationships and improve our own understanding of local Indigenous peoples and their cultures as well as acknowledge the mistakes of the past. We dedicate ourselves to move forward in a spirit of truth and collaboration.
The Board of Directors of the Capitol Theatre Restoration Society encourages your involvement in our society.
