Winter Community Production Auditions

Join us to meet the inhabitants of Toad Mountain and see if they can co-exist with folks who live in Nelsontown. Find out how much mischief a small child with ringlets can cause and whether bears actually like porridge! There’ll be lots of music and silly jokes in our version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears!

We are holding Open Auditions for the Capitol Theatre’s 35th Annual Winter Community Production

Sunday September 15th

10:00 AM: Actors aged 13 and under, accompanied by an adult willing to be in the show

1:00 PM: Actors aged 14 and up

No appointment necessary. There is no need to prepare a song or dance. Everyone will learn a song and dance together at the audition. These auditions customarily attract over 100 participants for around 50 parts!

This year’s performances will take place Thursday through Sunday, November 28th – December 1st.

Auditions are held at the Capitol Theatre 421 Victoria St.
