Are you a performer looking for a gig? Are you a pro that misses doing your thing in front of a live audience? Or are you just starting off and want to get yourself out there?

We are looking for actors, musicians, dancers, you name it, your world is our stage!

We provide the space, technical support, marketing and box office! All we need is YOU and your idea for a one-act show. AND we will pay you!

This year’s upcoming fall season is going to be different than the usual touring shows from outside our region! We are looking for LOCAL performers to participate in the brand new upcoming Capitol Theatre Homegrown Season starting in September 2020!

PARAMETERS:
1) A live performance that will take place on our stage in front of a limited, in-person audience.
2) Performances must be one-act – approximately one hour in length, no intermission.
3) Solo acts and up to a maximum of four performers (safe distance grouping) will be considered.

This call is open to both PROFESSIONAL and EMERGING artists in all genres.

The season runs September to December, 2020 (possibly into 2021).

All submissions will be adjudicated.

Artist fees will be negotiated.

Theatre, music, dance, comedy, reading…. if you can do it on our stage, you can send in a submission!
